RETURNS POLICY - CANCELLATIONS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If for any reason you are not happy with the product received, remember for every purchase we will send photos and videos.

However if you are not satisfied, there are some conditions you should take into consideration:

  1. The product must be in the same condition in which it was received, undamaged and complete with all original accessories and packaging.
  2. Before proceeding with the return, we ask you to contact us through our customer service to obtain the return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed.
  3. The shipping costs for returning the product will be your responsibility, unless the product has manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
  4. Once the returned product has been received and verified, we will proceed with the refund within 7 working days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

     

  5. Products Damaged During Shipping

    1. Provide clear photographs of the package and damaged product within 48 hours of delivery. Photos are essential for the courier compensation request process.

    3. In some cases, we may require additional information or a written statement from you to submit a compensation claim to the carrier.

We ship to various destinations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your location will always be free. If the package weighs less than 12 kg I can offer fast shipping, if it exceeds 12 kg we offer everyone slow shipping 25 days, taxes and customs included.
